Privacy Policy

Allboards ("we", "our", "the app") tracks flights and shows you real-time status, gate, delay, and landing information. This page explains what data we collect and why.

Account & sign-in

Signing in only requires an email address — we send a one-time code, no password is stored. We keep your email so we can sync your tracked flights, watchlist, favorites and settings across your devices, and so we can send you flight-change emails if you've enabled them.

Flights you track or watch

When you track a flight or add one to your watchlist, we store the flight identifier, your notification preferences for it, and (once landed) whether a reminder has already been sent — so we don't notify you twice. This data is tied to your account and synced to any device you sign into.

Push notifications

If you allow notifications, we register your device's push token with our server (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can alert you about the flights you're tracking. A device's push token is only ever associated with the account signed in on that device at the time — signing out detaches it.

Location & search

Airport and destination searches you perform are stored locally and, if signed in, synced to your account as "recent searches" so they're available next time. We do not collect your device's precise location; door-to-door planning uses the destination address you type in.

Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics) to understand which features are used and to fix problems — screen views and app actions like tracking a flight, not the content of your searches or personal messages. This is disabled automatically when the app runs in a development environment that doesn't support it.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't run third-party ad tracking in the app.

Your choices

You can turn off push or email notifications at any time in the app's notification settings, remove tracked flights or watchlist entries, or delete your account by emailing us below — this removes your synced data from our servers.
